A few weeks ago we learned about electricity.
Firstly, we learned that electricity was discovered in ancient Greece when amber was rubbed against fur to create static electricity.
We examined conductors and insulators. Current electricity is measured in amps (A). Which are named after the French scientist André-Marie Ampere.
At Christmas we made LED circuits for cards to them light up. We used copper tape, a coin battery, LED lights, we also used a piece of card and tape as our apparatus.
